The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("District", "Department" or "DGS") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to solicit Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from those entities ("Offerors") interested in performing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) work and upgrades at various facilities within DGS’ real estate portfolio.
