The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS"), is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage one (1) qualified Contractor to provide maintenance, repairs, replacements, chemicals, and inspections at various District government owned or operated outdoor spray parks and pond (collectively, the "Aquatic Facilities").
