The District of Columbia Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS"), contracts and Procurement Division, is issuing this Emergency Purchase order agreement to MCN Build; On January 2, 2018, water pipes at the Murch Elementary School swing space froze and burst, creating a dangerous safety condition. Students were expected to return to school the following day.
