The Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS") submits this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals ("Proposal(s)") from offerors or bidders ("Offeror(s)") interested in contracting to serve as the construction manager (the "Construction Manager" or "Contractor") to provide construction management at-risk services for the construction of a new Fort Dupont Ice Arena, located at 3779 Ely Place, SE, Washington, DC 20019 (the "Ice Arena").
