The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to retain Spectrum Management LLC (the “Contractor”) to provide uninterrupted Consolidated Maintenance Services including full facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Office of Cable Television (the “Facility”), for a six (6) month period.
