The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to engage the services of Burney Group LLC (the “Contractor”, the “Architect” or the A/E) for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Marion Barry Building (MBB) Restrooms Renovation Title I & Title II Services for 1CN,1CS,2S,10N, located at 441, 4th Street NW, Washington DC 20001.
