Project Overview
Project will be completed in two phases; Phase 1 is modernization of Senior Center and Phase 2 the modernization of Youth Center. Scope of work to stabilize recreation center, to include the following: ADA improvements, mechanical/infrastructure improvements, (electrical, HVAC, site utilities, plumbing etc.) install new doors, windows; program spaces include new FF&E items and finishes where applicable. Minor exterior improvements include Youth Center new ADA entrance ramp and new handrail at Senior Center.
