The Department of General Services submits this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit design­ build proposals from offerors or bidders interested in contracting to serve as the design-builder for the new Benjamin Banneker High School, which will be located at the current site of Shaw Junior High School at the comer of Rhode Island Avenue and 9th Street NW Washington, DC 20001. The purpose of this RFP is to determine which Offeror will be awarded the Design-Build contract for the Project.
