The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department") is seeking to engage a contractor ("Contractor") to demolish building 120 known as the Doretha Dix Building ("DDX") which is located at 2730 MLK Jr. Ave SE, Washinton, DC, on the St. Elizabeths East Campus ("East Campus"), including necessary abatement, and all related components.
